When you have made a paste of the onions sieve it using a muslin cloth. After sieving it, the juice will get extracted, you have to drink 3 teaspoons of that juice,3-4 teaspoons are enough for anyone, who is an adult.
Children less than 13 years, can be given 2 teaspoons full or 1.5 teaspoons full, up to 2 teaspoons are enough.
If you drink like this daily, mixed in water, Take some warm water, and drink this in the morning on an empty stomach.15-20 minutes after taking this, you can practice yoga.
If you wish to practice yoga before this, you can have this 10-15 minutes after practicing yoga.
Once you take this, you should not eat anything for 30-40 minutes You may say that you drink aloe vera-amla juice Let's talk about this. If you drink amla- aloe vera in the morning, you can have this 5 minutes before that, or 5 minutes after that, or 2 minutes before or 2 minutes after, or along with it.
