I am about to reveal the secrets and benefits of the most common and high benefit yielding yog mudra, Ashwini Mudra. It is basically a gesture derived from the horse.
Ashwini Mudra (Gesture of Horse)
The benefits are:-

How To Practice This Gesture
Lets understand the meaning of its name so that immediately we could understand how to do it.
why we call it Ashwini Mudra (Gesture of Horse),as, in Sanskrit language Ashwini means horse.
we have to practice it exactly the way a horse does it.
After passing the stool, the horse contracts its anus inside.
A horse first passes the stool and then contracts its anus.and it continues to do so many times while standing and repeating it many times in a day,maybe that is the reason it is enormously powerful.
A human being most of the energy is produced in the Muladhara Chakra (Root Chakra).Which is termed as semen,And its important for its energy to rise upward The sperms itself do not rise up But its very important to transfer its energy upward.
This gesture helps in doing that,Now because a horse does all these things, it possesses so much energy that in its entire life, very rarely it lies down otherwise, It always keeps standing.Even when we evaluate the strength of any device, we call it Horsepower.
I have never heard, lion power or elephant power or any other power.We always connect it with Horse because a Horse has become a symbol of strength because of its gesture.
It always practices this gesture, i.e. whenever it passes the stools, it contracts the anus We have to do just that.
Method:-
Preparing for Gesture :-
Sit straight.
Do it in the morning time.
Drink water if you want.
Freshen up if you want to.
Even if you can't freshen up, there is no problem.
Sit calmly, and apply any gesture, e.g. Meditation gesture or any other of your choice.
If you don't want to apply any gesture then simply put your hands on the knees.
Now sit straight and contract anus towards upward.then let it loose.
Actual Method:-
Take the action of your wrist opening and closing for your reference .
Put your hands on your knees and imitate the movement of the wrist opening and closing thru your anal muscles.
When you contract the anus, also contract the urinary muscles inward.
Ladies need to contract the vagina along with it.
This will help with the problems of vaginae.g. loosening of vagina or irregular periods problems in conceiving due to weakness in the muscles,This gesture will strengthen those muscles of the uterus.
Contract the anus, urinary muscles, and the vagina together.Its like when you have to pass stool you put force outward.In this gesture, the force would be the opposite.
Its not difficult at all.Just contract the anus upward and leave it loose.then again contract it and let it looseThis is also useful for youngsters who are troubled by nightfall.
Nightfall will stop completely only in a few days because it will strengthen the pelvic muscles.Then you will feel very good.
Repetition cycle:
- You need to just contract and let it loose.
Again contract and let it loose.
Initially do this lastly 40-50 times.
After that, hold the contraction for a longer duration and repeat it around 5 times
Don't breathe normally if holding the contraction.
Breathe deeply,hold it, and touch your chin to your chest if you want.
Contract the anus upward along with it.
Leave it loose after 8-10 seconds.Also, breathe out.
You can do this (i.e. holding the contraction for long) 4-5 times in the end.
It's enough to do it twice (morning and evening) for 5 minutes each time.
If the problems that I mentioned are severe, then you can do it even 3 times a day.For 5 to 10 minutes
This gesture is very good. People who suffer from constipation will also get cured slowly,because it will improve the movement of your intestines.
However, people with constipation should not depend only on this gesture,They should improve their lifestyle also.
But this gesture will help them.This gesture is so beneficial that I cannot even count the benefits of it.At times, it doesn't come to mind also,but overall it will lift your energy upward.You will feel energetic,your face will glow with radiance and you will feel happy from within,because it will convert all your emotions positively.
Sexual desires will not trouble you at all.because it will move the energy of Mooladhara chakra (Root Chakra) upward.So when this energy will move upward, you will have good thoughts and your mind will be attached in other directions.
Sexual desires will not trouble you.This gesture is very good and very easy and doesn't even require special abstinence and precautions.You can do it comfortably.If you have high BP, then don't hold your breath, just do it while breathing normally.
There are so many yoga gestures which are good in various ways, these gestures are found by yogi's that they have dedicated their lives for others and they have perfected these gestures after years of practice.
The primitive way of living was the true way of living where we had eaten foods in their natural forms , Just imagine the world without preservatives and refrigeration.

It's very hard to live a simple life, people are dying of this daily impure intake ,some have gotten into skin disease and skin infections.We will discuss the common skin problems that are common in this day to day busy life understanding its roots and the reasons of its cause,whether it's caused because of our bad habits or by disturbed lifestyles.
If you know the reason for its cause then the problem is cured by 50% only by improving our lifestyle and by improving our habit and the other part is cured by precaution and the rest is the damage that is already in the body.
That all can be cured with the help of ayurveda and yoga today we will discuss small mistakes which we do in our lifestyle, due to which we suffer with skin ailments and specially let go about mistakes which we have done in the past.
Regimen
Without a health regimen, medicine is of no use today. I'll talk about reasons and regimen people apply ointments on their affected skin and they feel very happy and feel proud to say the doctor gave me this and I'll be relieved for sure.
Ointments give temporary relief as the components in them - suppresses the problem until you do not understand the reason you only get temporary relief with ointments / creams but it recurs again in next season it might erupt from other parts too,because mostly skin problems are related to liver.
Liver containing too much toxins or containing harmful residual bodies means toxins simply in scientific language.
Liver full of toxins and overheating, causes various skin problems, because in skin problems, blood becomes impure whenever you take something wrong when you take bad food combinations result of all these mistakes leads to much more impurity in blood also liver becomes full of toxins and heat liver till it gets overheating.
Over bile production is also a type of toxin which is not good for our body then it goes to bloodstream where ever it goes after all body tends to excrete some times kidney successfully detoxes all these toxins sometimes it fails so where it collects, they erupts because sooner or later problems come out.
They erupt in the form of skin problems so always keep in mind, if you are suffering with skin disease then focus and take care of your liver avoid food stuff which is harmful for our liver or causes damage to liver.
Avoid fried food avoid sour things like – tamarind avoid dishes and sauces of tamarind avoid a combination of curd and tamarind sauce these all invite skin problems.
The second thing is to avoid these four-five foods in skin problems then ayurvedic medicine will work otherwise there is no use of medicine.
Harmful Foods For Skin
1.Brinjal Or Eggplant
Brinjal is strictly prohibited in skin problems you may think that I just had only once so what's the problem but skin problems aggravate even if you consume it once we advise to avoid it.
2 All Slimy Vegetables.
Such as lady finger, colocasia root,like okra avoid colocasia root all vegetables with sticky water also avoid jackfruit fruit all these slimy vegetables cause itching to infected people.
3.Salty Food Stuff Along With Milk And Cream.
Suppose you are having salty sandwich or you are having salty biscuit or any other salty snack and alsohaving milk along with that then it's sure,toxin will increase in body and will harm to liver, if liver is full of toxinsdetox your liver first then skin problem will be removed completely.
applying ointment is not a permanent solution, kindly understand it.
Detoxification of the liver means detoxing your blood, liver and body for that, drink plenty of water, practice yoga and exercises which results sweating.
If your sweating all the time that also can cause skin problems, skin problems also can be caused by dust, heat or sharp sunlight not claiming liver to be the only reason but most of the time liver is the cause, if liver is producing bile in excess that person will be prone to sunlight allergy, however there are some benefits of sunlight and drawbacks too.
Think why they are prone to skin problems, think why they are allergic to dust, why others are not, are there definitely other people living in the same climate, why are they not suffering from skin problems?.
Dust is also a cause of skin problems in some cases, but main reason is overheating of liver sometimes liver produces over dose of bile in scientific word bilirubin is bile or bile juice bilirubin which helps in digestion of food the same over bile is responsible for jaundice same over bilirubin is responsible for yellow eyes and lack of hunger.
The same over bile results in excess heat in our body burning starts in palms and feet the same bile in excess causes skin problems so keep your bile in balance I am not advising for coolant meals all the time but be careful.All yoga mudra are beneficial and you can practice it nicely but also you have to take care of your diet, there is an expiry of everything so keep that in mind before eating or cooking.
We are rating the good stuff after its expiry may be because we don't have enough time to buy them fresh and these are the mistakes that we are doing though we are eating good stuff but still we are weak when compared to the health and mobility.
I want you to rectify a mistake that you do.I want to tell you about it.Some are aware of it some are not. Those who are aware also make this mistake.But you are not aware, how harmful it is.
Let me tell you its harm.If you will continue to repeat this mistake, then you will age faster,that means you will look aged even though you are not.
Because your body will not get enough nutrition.I've seen people who belong to rich families where there is enough to eat they are eating everything,but if you see them, they have so many deficiencies like calcium, iron Though they are eating everything, still they have to take supplements.
Even after taking supplements their calcium deficiency is not fulfilled as intestines stop to absorb it.
What is this mistake that you do?
The mistake is, that many times you keep chopped raw vegetables or fruits in the refrigerator.So, if you keep chopped vegetables in the refrigerator or maybe outside to cook them later on.
Ladies generally do it.If you'll do so, then what will be the consequence?
Chopped vegetables, fruits, salads life is just 20 minutes, they should be consumed within 20 minutes.But if it's not consumed within 20 minutes,then slowly its nutrition starts to drop.
Let me explain it to you by an example.Suppose you went to an allopathic medicine store to get any medicine,and the store person told you that this medicine has a 1-year expiry,and its expiry date is today's date or tomorrow's date.
You will think that medicine will expire tomorrow ,better i should eat it today.No doubt that medicine will not be considered as expired.But its power has reduced a lot while reaching near to its expiry date.
Suppose you eat it the next day of expiry, do you think it will harm you?No, only its power has reduced.Many companies sell their products at a lesser price if their expiry date is about to come.
Only because, their potency, power is not the same as it should be.So, they want, rather keeping it inside, it should be sold out as quickly as possible.So, they sell them.
However, that's a different topic.But, at home if you are eating chopped vegetables fruits till 20 minutes then they'll benefit,but if you eat after 25 minutes then it will benefit less,after 30 minutes its benefit will reduce furthermore.
After 1 hour its benefits will reduce extremely.If chopped in the morning and eating in the afternoon, then it will not benefit at all.So, as time increases, its benefit decreases.So always remember that within 20-25 minutes they should be cooked if you are chopping to cook it.Many people say that if we chop in the morning then we are able to save time.This is just to satisfy our minds.Chopping in the morning as well took some time.So you can manage your afternoon time accordingly.
Do any other work in the morning that you would do in the afternoon.There must be other tasks. It's just a technique to manage.There's nothing in it except our mindset that I've chopped vegetables in the morning itself.
There are many other tasks that can be done in the morning that you would do in the afternoon.So, don't chop vegetables in the morning. Chop them fresh just before cooking them in the afternoon.
Many people say that in the afternoon they cant chop very quickly,at times guests are there, everybody sits to eat together, so cant chop salad so quickly.
In that case, you can request them to help you chop with you.But don't destroy it by chopping in advance.As it's of no use and if you have sprinkled salt over it then it's completely destroyed.
Sprinkle salt on salad etc,Just before eating it or using it.Even if you keep it for half an hour after chopping, don't sprinkle salt over it.Sprinkle it just before eating it.Any Fruit like apple if you chop and keep it for 10-20 mins, it turns black.
This signifies that its nutrition value is reducing gradually.If it's not chopped then it can be used even after days, but not after chopping.So, always remember not to use chopped items if they were chopped long back.
It degenerates your body quickly.Though you are eating vegetables fruits still you are not getting nutrition from it.Your body becomes acidic.The vegetables that are considered alkaline, forms acidity in the body if kept for a long time after chopping.
Even if they will not form acidity, they will increase the acidic level in the body for sure.Your blood will be acidic.
Hair fall, Greying of heir in a younger age you will fall into this problem This will make you look old even if you are young. When you are not following the nutritional value as discussed above though you are eating all the essential food but not getting their nutrients even the whole family is eating healthy foods.
Conclusion :-
If you are suffering with any kind illness and weakness when you need to balance your five elements.
Remove that toxins,keep your body light, have light meals, avoid heavy and junk foods, avoid spicy and bile aggravating diet, avoid coffee, tea and green tea avoid hot spices however addition of spices in food is needful but adequate doses of spices are recommended bad for health.
But if we add so many spices in one meal that also can aggravate skin problems hence changing your eating habits first shortly I'll give you remedies and permanent solutions for all skin problems, eczema, ringworm, itching and many more..
avoid anti-fungal, anti bacterial Allopathic heavy medicines as possible come under the shelter of Ayurveda by this instead of getting short time relief we will actually remove the root of the problem.
