Like I said earlier the Shillong hip culture is evolving, we also have the band as they have in Korea k-pop, not even the youth so many of the parents are exposed to the hip culture.
The western exposure makes Shillong nightlife alive, in the past, everything used to closed at 8 because of the cold, But now some restaurant bars pubs and night clubs are open till night.
When I came to stay in one of the hotels in Police Bazar, at the time of checking at the counter there was a notice board that the gate closes at 8 sharp in the night
