Hello Friends this is me again ,Telling about the life of a retail employee in this crucial situation we have to be ready for all kind of diplomatic or harsh decision take by our higher officials
In retail we have to be very well aware of the business that we are doing and how our competitors are doing business but this crucial time no one is comparing their sales with their competitors ,Lastly due to one fake message the hole mall has to shut their doors for the customers for whole 4 days lastly they came to an understanding that it was a rummer spread by their own staff
Retailers has to know where there business is coming from ,how they are getting payed & which age group is buying we as a group use to concentrate a lot in visual merchandizing and tele calling to the customers but now a days even calling to the customer is not safe by mean of using a landline phone
a retail employee start his day early thou he reached home late because he has to be there before the mall opening and he need to set his counter before the first customer entry in this hurry he always forgot his breakfast .
his day starts in the mall by setting his counter and while setting he chats with his neighboring counter staff and he discuss the sale target and sale achievement but due to his pandemic no setting is needed because no customer .Online shopping and online food is in the loop now a days ,customers are buying everything by their mobile in the comfort of their home
A staff fell in love with a ladies staff and they got married the staff was then transferred to another location stating that wife and husband should not work in the same floor or in the same department they have rented a small house near their mall and their parents are living far away in their village ,Every day was a new experience to the new couple they were happy and their love grows day by day.They use to get salary on the same time and same day of the month so that day they had feast ,Days have past by and the mall management was getting strict on the timing of the staff as there was no staff to attend the customer in the time of the lunch hours , the couple use to go home in the lunch hour as it is very near to the mall but on the different time the girl goes first and then the boy goes after she reaches the mall
The girl wakes up early make breakfast to both of them then leave early for her first shift then the boy wakes up have his breakfast makes lunch for both of them and elves for the late shift ,then the girl cums first eat lunch and join her duty after the husband fishes his lunch and join with the work
Later on girls finally cum home early because early shift ends early and she cook dinner for both of them the boy finishes hi shift come home late as a late shift ends late and they both have their dinner together as a family they were happy thou they can have only dinner together and even their leave and week offs scheduled are separate
This one day the girls as soon as she finished her lunch she was rushing back to her work station she have to cross a busy street on the time of her crossing 3 minors travelling by a bike hits her badly and her entire lower body was dislocated she was rushed to the nearby hospital ,she was confirmed with a 3 months baby
immediate operation was required to save her but no compensation was given by the company she died on the third day her husband and the girls body were return to their home town and they never came back
